Comments

Because we believe good communication is essential to create efficient marketing campaigns, we created a new comment feature, allowing you to easily communicate inside Aero.

Some information is missing ? A media is not displayed correctly ? You need an advice to finalise your creative work ? You can now use Aero’s comment section to fix this issues.

An other communication channel ?

Why did we create an other communication channel, if we already have mails, slack, gmail chat, whatsapp, …

We believe that there are currently too many different ways to share information, which causes information loss and duplication. With a centralised solution like this one, all the comments are shared between every co-worker and accessible in a unique place.

How does it work ?

In addition to sending and receiving comments, there are some interesting features :

Activity feed

It is now possible to see what happened so far in a campaign.

You don’t understand why a field has been updated ? Check in the activity feed who did that and send him a comment. You are working on a specific campaign ? Use the activity feed to be kept informed of every last modification.
